| 1. Check in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 12:00 noon. Late check out fee between 12:00-18:00 is 50% of the room rate and after 18:00 we will charge 100% of the room rate. |

| 7. Gambling, prostitution, child maltreatment and drug use within the villa is strictly prohibited. |
| 8. The hotel staff has the right to refuse a guest who is under the influence of alcohol. In this case, payment pre-booked and prepaid services is not returned. |
